I love this idea! Seems fun / powerful to do with the kids. Also getting a copy of that “before I buy you a phone” book—brilliant.

Yes, having them pre-select options to re-regulate themselves is clutch. Also, my daughter participated in my collaging activity so it was good no screen art time.

First of all, thank you for writing this and sharing about bell hooks' recipe box concept. I love the idea and will definitely be making some activist recipe cards myself!
